Katherine Arden was born in Austin, USA, in 1987. After high school, he spent a year in Moscow before moving to Vermont, where he now lives.
She graduated in 2011 with degrees in French and Russian from Middlebury College.
She is known for the Winternight series. Her first book, The Bear and the Nightingale, was published by Orange Books in 2017. The other two books in the series, “The Girl in the Tower” and “The Winter of the Witch” follow.
Other books of hers include Dead Voices and Small Spaces.
Katherine Arden is a memorable author and has definitely applied to become one of the best authors in the fantasy genre.
