Sarah J. Maas was born on March 5, 1986, in Manhattan, New York, USA. Under the influence of his grandmother, he was an avid reader from a young age. In 2008, he graduated with honors from Hamilton College with a bachelor’s degree in theology and a master’s degree in creative writing.
Our first encounter with the fantasy genre was a book by Sarah J. Maas.
Sarah J. Maas began her debut novel at the age of 16. He published the first chapters on FictionPress.com (then titled Queen of Glass), where they became one of the most popular stories. After graduating from high school, he finished the manuscript and sought a publisher.
In 2008, Sarah J. Maas sent it to Frahlingen, and in 2009 she found the right one. The rights to her first novel, Throne of Glass, from the fantasy series of the same name, were acquired by Bloomsbury. The main character Celaena Sardothien will be free from Prince Dorian only if she wins the race to become a new royal assassin among her bitter rivals. Her days are filled with grueling training and rough relationships, new friends and enemies, but the race also seems to be for her own life. The book became an international bestseller and made her famous.
